Om Chanti was created when founder, Chantal Peterson, was pregnant with her daughter in early 2020. While everyone else was making sourdough bread, she was searching for a solution to toxin-free, effective skin care so that she could be 100% sure she wasn't putting anything harmful in her body as she grew her baby. After being inspired by an herbal-based DIY skin care book from the 1970’s, she learned to formulate her own skin care products, and thus was born Om Chanti’s all-natural skin care line.
